Sky Track ลู่วิ่งลอยฟ้าสาธารณะในร่มกึ่งกลางแจ้งที่เปิดให้บุคคลทั่วไปมาใช้บริการได้ฟรี มีระยะทางต่อรอบ 540 เมตร ซึ่งจัดได้ว่าเป็นลู่วิ่งลอยฟ้าที่มีระยะยาวที่สุด พร้อมพื้นที่ขนาดใหญ่เหมาะสำหรับเป็นสถานที่ออกกำลังกายรูปแบบต่างๆ โดย Sky Track จะมีการใช้สีแสดงสัญลักษณ์ตามโซน ได้แก่ โซนสีเทาสำหรับการวอร์มอัพ เลนสีน้ำเงินสำหรับการวิ่งเร็ว เลนสีเขียวสำหรับการเดิน หรือวิ่งเบาๆ เพื่อเปิดโอกาสให้คุณเลือกโซนให้เหมาะสมกับการออกกำลังกายของคุณ รวมทั้งบริการอำนวยความสะดวกต่าง ๆ ได้แก่ ห้องน้ำ ห้องอาบน้ำ และสมาร์ทล็อกเกอร์​

True Digital Park ให้ความสำคัญการแก้ปัญหาสภาพภูมิอากาศ จึงออกแบบอาคารประหยัดพลังงานที่ลดการใช้ไฟฟ้าภายในศูนย์การค้าและยังติดตั้ง Solar Rooftop เพื่อประหยัดพลังงาน บนพื้นที่ดาดฟ้า เพื่อใช้เป็นพลังงานทดแทนการใช้ไฟฟ้าของพื้นที่ส่วนกลาง โดยสามารถผลิตไฟฟ้าต่อปีได้ประมาณ 500,000 กิโลวัตต์ ซึ่งสามารถประหยัดค่าไฟฟ้าได้ประมาณปีละ 2 ล้านบาท​
ในส่วนของ HillSide ยังใช้หลังคาที่มีคุณสมบัติลดรังสีความร้อนด้วยวัสดุพิเศษสำหรับพื้นที่ Outdoor โดยเฉพาะ ทำจากพลาสติก ETFE (Ethylene Tetrafluoroethylene) ที่โปร่งแสงแต่ช่วยกันรังสี UV และลดความร้อนจากแสงแดด 3-5% ทำให้ประหยัดพลังงานเพิ่มมากขึ้นเพราะอาคารได้รับแสงสว่างจากธรรมชาติ​
